Hi there, I’m Mary-Leigh, but most people call me ML. I’m a fun-loving, pocket-rocket-problem-solver that has dedicated over 25 years to the welfare and wellbeing of others.

I work with professional midlife women that want to manage their weight, balance their (raging) hormones and reignite their spark - naturally.

I also have a clinical interest in healthy ageing and dementia.

I practice in an integrative way combining:

• clinical nutrition
• lifestyle medicine
• nutrigenomics and epigenetics
• personalised health coaching programs.

I exclusively work with clients in Australia and New Zealand online with convenient appointment times across the workday, in the evenings and two Saturday's each month.
